Born in Sydney and educated in Australia and Vancouver, Tony graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Urban Geography while studying urban land use and land use economics.
Originally licensed in 1983, Tony has served as a division director of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, and has served on a number of committees and task forces for the Board and the British Columbia Real Estate Association, and in 1990 Tony obtained his broker's licence.
Tony has established an enviable reputation within the real estate community and the public through hard work and his ability to put his clients' interests above all else, while maintaining a “no pressure” approach to selling real estate. The majority of Tony’s business comes from past clients and referrals from past clients – a testament to Tony’s ability to help his clients buy and sell real estate with as little stress as possible.
Tony’s very successful first book, Buying and Selling a Home for Canadians for Dummies ® was published in 2001, with the second edition of the book published in May, 2003, the third edition published in 2006 and the fourth edition published in the spring of 2011.
Raised in Kerrisdale, Kelley has called Vancouver her home for most of her life. After graduating from UBC, Kelley was fortunate to enjoy her first successful career at IBM. 17 successful years in sales & marketing at IBM taught her how to listen, to clarify and to understand her client's needs.
Leaving IBM to spend more time with her two daughters, she was able to turn her passion for decorating into a hobby, leading to opportunities to do custom design work with contractors and developers. Working with new and older homes, Kelley learned first-hand the value of homes in Vancouver, and the cost effectiveness and impact of various types of renovations, as well as the value of top quality construction and renovations. Kelley and her husband have now renovated or built six homes in Vancouver.
Kelley's passion for real estate is natural, and it is easy for her analyse a home for it's value and to see it's potential. Kelley loves to communicate and help understand the needs of her clients. It is important to her that our clients are well guided by trusted advisers, and that our clients understand all aspects of the buying and selling process.
